Koey Keylon

Executive Director

Koey is a native Oklahoman, born and raised in the Panhandle farming and ranching community of Texhoma. He earned his BS degree in Animal Science/Biotechnology as a graduate of Oklahoma State University. After college, Koey was able to maintain a 22-year career in biomanufacturing in the state of Oklahoma. Most recently, he has spent the past two years establishing the initial Quality Management Systems and managing QA Operations for the Catalent Cell and Gene Therapy site in Houston, Texas. Koey is excited to be back in the state and giving back to a state, a city and a growing industry that helped shape his career.
